The seat belts detailed within this section have been designed to fit most vans,buses,custom conversions,tractor trailer cabs and full size dump trucks in case where seat belts were originally factory installed and have become damaged or worn or to add a retractable seat belt where not previously installed or to be used to upgrade from a non-retractable belt to a retractable one.

The buckle used is a plastic pushbutton with the listed seat belts being available as a non-retractable lap belt,a retractable lap belt or as a retractable lap belt with an attached shoulder harness that measures approximately 135" long.

The retractable lap belts utilizes a compact locking type retractor,which locks once pulled into position,and the lap belt with attached shoulder harness belt use a web sensitive retractor,which allows movement within the vehicle but will lock on a specific movement.The retractors used measures a compact 4 1/2" high x 2 3/4" deep and 3 3/4 wide and can be mounted at the floor,to an interior trim panel,to a seat or pedestal base as long as the retractor is mounted in an upright position.

All of the plastic pieces on the belts listed are color matched to the webbing color except for the red belts where these pieces are black.WS200R and WS300R mounting kits include bolts,washers,nuts and one L-bracket to install one retractable seat belt.An additional WSRB2 L-bracket may be required for buckle end mounting.

When installing seat belts where they were not previously installed it is suggested that a WSRB1 underbody reinforcement and/or WSRB3 shoulder harness reinforcement plate with attached weld nut be used for additional support to mounting points.The cost per pair of WSRB1 is $25.00 and the WSRB3 are $12.00ea.

    The bucket seat set includes a 12" buckle end with a removable hard plastic sleeve and the bench seat set includes a 18" non-sleeved buckle end which in most cases will be the correct length and style for most applications.In the event a different length or style buckle end is required,a lap belt and a lap belt with shoulder harness are listed which require a selection of a buckle end to complete the set.

    Replacement style seat belts may not be applicable to all applications.Refer to the How To Install section to see how and where they are designed to mount.Due to color variations webbing colors are not guaranteed to match original interior colors.For assistance call (410)381-6700.Actual invoice may reflect a different part number.The buckle ends are matched to the belts listed and should not be used to complete or replace a component on a set other than those listed.
