In most cases the seat belts listed will mount to an existing pre-drilled factory frame support location. If there is not an existing shoulder harness mounting point on the upper portion of the roll bar a bracket will need to be welded or the roll bar will need to be drilled to create a point to mount the shoulder harness pivot. A bolt longer than supplied in the mounting kit may be required if shoulder harness pivot is being bolting through a roll bar.




Non-Retractable Lap Belt (Column A,B and C) uses standard width automotive webbing and is available in extended lengths of 60",74" or 90" long. The pushbutton buckle top is plastic to protect it from the elements with a metal underside for strength. The buckle and the latch end cover are black regardless of the webbing color. Requires one MH2B mounting kit per belt for mounting. Some installations may require the use of RB2 L-brackets depending on the mounting points.




3-Point Non-Retractable Lap Belt With Shoulder Harness (Column D) is available with a chrome metal to metal contact lift lid buckle or a pushbutton buckle (Column E). Both buckle type belts have length adjustability by pulling any excess webbing through the lap belt adjuster which also adjusts the length of the shoulder harness strap at the same time. The webbing is standard width automotive. Two lap belt mounting points and one upper mounting point for the shoulder harness are required. Requires one MH9 mounting kit per belt. Some installations may be require the use of RB2 L-brackets based on the locations of the mounting points.




3-Point Retractable Lap Belt With Shoulder Harness (Column-F) which utilizes a web sensitive type emergency locking retractor that allows for some movement but locks automatically based on a specific amount of tension on the webbing. The retractor is covered by a hard plastic boot to protect the internal mechanism from the elements. The buckle is covered with a plastic cover to protect it from the elements with a metal underside for strength and is 12" long with the webbing covered with a hard plastic sleeve. One 300 mounting kit is required for per belt for mounting. All of the plastic pieces are black regardless of the webbing color. A L-bracket that is included in the mounting kit may be required to mount the retractor in an upright position. Additional RB2 L-brackets may be required based on teh mounting points.



4-Point Non-Retractable Lap Belt With Shoulder Harness (Column-G) has been designed to bolt to a cart that has two separate mounting points for the lap belt portion plus two separate upper body or roll bar mounting points. The pushbutton buckle has a plastic cover to protect from the elements and a metal underside for strength. All of the plastic pieces are black regardless of the webbing color. The webbing is standard width automotive. Two MH2B mounting kits are required per belt for mounting. Some installations will require the use of RB2 L-brackets to mount the outer lap belt anchor ends based on the mounting locations.
