Back Orders
Every effort is made to maintain adequate stock of all products.
If a product is not available when your order is received you will be notified by email.
Most out of stock products will be back in stock within two to three weeks.
If you do not want to wait for a back order product you can cancel or change your order or request in stock item(s) be shipped and the back order(s) shipped when available.The $7.99 handling fee is added to both shipments.

We do not charge for UPS ground shipping within the CUSA,lower 48.
A $7.99 handling fee is added to all shipments.
UPS shipments are charged the current UPS fuel surcharge based on the actual shipping costs.
Insurance based on the current rate charged by the shipper based on the insured value is added to all invoices.
We do not charge extra to ship your order the same day that it is received.
If we ship a product in error and a return authorization number has been issued return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Shipping Information
Orders with a ship to address outside of the CUSA,lower 48 will receive email notification of the shipping charges requesting approval prior to shipment.
Orders with a request to ship other than UPS ground will receive email notification of the shipping charges for approval prior to shipment.
Most orders for an in stock product received before 12:30PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped
the same day.
Most orders for an in stock product received after 12:30PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the
next business day.
Most shipments are sent UPS ground.
