Damaged Products
  • Inspect all packages and if there is obvious damage refuse the damaged package. Have the delivery driver indicate the reason for refusal on the package. If package was shipped UPS you must notify them within 3 business regarding the damage package by calling (800) 742-5877. UPS must be notified before a refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent. Failure to notify UPS will negate our responsibility for a refund or a free replacement.

  • MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted. All payments must be in US funds.

  • Orders that are shipped to a Maryland address are charged the current sales tax rate.
  • Orders shipped to an address outside of Maryland are not charged sales tax.

    Our (VPS) private server secure socket layer SSL software encrypts all personal information and credit card numbers. For additional protection when a credit card number lands on our server it remains encrypted and requires special internal software to decipher. This software is only available to the billing department. In over 25 years, with thousands of online transactions no credit card number submitted to us online has been fraudulently obtained. We are also maintain a PCI/DSS level 4 certificate of compliance from Trustwave.

    Order Cancellation Or Change:
  • An order can be cancelled or changes can be made until the order has been processed. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to any order that is pulled from the shipping department for cancellation or changes.
  • Once an order has shipped the return policy applies.

  • We do not sell, rent or trade any customer e-mail address or personal information.
  • We do not share any information with any third party except if necessary to complete an order.
  • We will disclose information about you to law enforcement or governmental officials, on receipt of a court order, if required for an investigation of fraud, property infringement, piracy, or any other unlawful activity.
  • We do store on our secure internal server customer information and credit card numbers that are required to process and bill a current or future orders.
  • Customer information including credit card numbers are purged if account has not had any activity for two years.
  • All documents with customer information are shreded during system automatic purge cycles.

    Returns/Refunds "The following apply to all orders.
  • Shipping charges for shipping methods other than ground or the $7.99 handling fee is not refundable.
  • Returns where the item has been determined to be defective and an exchange is made no restocking fee or shipping charge for replacement item(s) is charged.
  • If an item was sent correctly by us and returned a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
  • If an item was sent correctly by us with free shipping the amount of the actual shipping charge incured will be deducted from the refund.
  • It is our option to issue a refund to the credit card used when placing the initial order or by refund check.
  • No returns will be accepted without a RGA number.
  • No returns will be accepted that are sent freight collect.
  • We are not liable for any return that becomes damaged in transit back to us.
  • No returns will be accepted or a refund issued if a product was a special or custom order or if installation has been attempted or the product has been altered ,soiled, used or damaged.

    Shortages
  • We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. No shortage claims will be accepted or any credit given after the 48 hours has expired.

    Special Order Items
  • The custom made seat belts offered are made to order by the manufacturer and require pre-payment and customers sign off on the design. All made to order seat belts are non-returnable and once the order is placed can not be cancelled.
