Damaged Products
  • Inspect all package contents immediately for any damage. If contents is damaged Contact Us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment so we can notify the carrier and file the appropraite paperwork. Failure to notify us with 48 hours of the receipt of a damaged item will negate our responsibility for a refund or a free replacement.

  • Secure Online ordering is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
  • Special orders once placed can not be cancelled. All special order items are sold not returnable.
  • Orders, except for special orders, can be cancelled or changed up until order has been processed.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged to any order cancelled or changed after it has been pulled for shipping.
  • Once an order has shipped the return policy will apply.
  • Wholesale account orders placed an order on-line at Seatbelts4less.Com do not receive any additional product discounts.
  • An automatic confirmation email is sent to confirm that your on-line order has been received.
    Our (VPS) private server secure socket layer SSL software encrypts all personal information and credit card numbers. For additional protection when a credit card number lands on our server it remains encrypted and requires special internal software to decipher. This software is only available to the billing department. In over 25 years, no credit card number submitted to us online has been fraudulently obtained or our encryption system breached. We maintain a PCI/DSS level 4 certificate of compliance from Trustwave.

    Payment Methods
  • MasterCard, Visa and Discover and payment through PayPal are accepted. All payments must be in US funds.
  • When PayPal is selected as the method of payment the $7.99 handling charge and PayPal processing fee,if applicable, will not show on the order confirmation. A PayPal payment request will be sent from The Andover Companies,Inc indicating the total amount due with a link to PayPal to complete the transaction securly.

  • No returns will be accepted or refund issued if a product was a special or custom order, installation had been attempted or if the product has been altered ,soiled, used or damaged.
  • Shipping charges and/or the $7.99 handling fee is not refundable.
  • If an item was sent correctly by us and returned, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
  • If an item was sent correctly by us with no charge shipping, the shipping charges incured by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • It is our option to issue a refund to the credit card used when placing the initial order or to issue a refund check.
  • No returns will be accepted without a RGA number.
  • We are not liable for any return that becomes damaged in transit back to us.
  • No shortage claims will be accepted or any credit given if we do not receive written notification within 48 hours(2 business days) of delivery.

  • We do not charge for non sprecified shipper ground shipments within the CUSA,lower 48.
  • A $7.99 handling fee is added to all free standard shipping orders.
  • If shipping by UPS is selected, the current UPS fuel surcharge will be added to invoice.
  • Insurance based on the shippers current rate is added to all invoices including those with free standard shipping.
  • Orders with a ship to address outside of the CUSA,lower 48 will receive an email requesting approval of the shipping charges prior to shipping.
  • Orders with a request to ship other than free standard shipping will receive an email requesting approval of the shipping charges prior to shipping.
  • When reserve the right to select the method of shipping use when free standard shipping is selected.

    Privacy Policy
  • We do not sell, rent or trade any customer e-mail address or personal information.
  • We do not share any information with any third party except if necessary to complete an order.
  • We will disclose information about you to law enforcement or governmental officials, on receipt of a court order, if required for an investigation of fraud, property infringement, piracy, or any other unlawful activity.
  • All documents with any customer information are shreded during system automatic purge cycles.
