Damaged Or Missing Items
Inspect all package contents immediately for any damaged or missing items.
  • If an item is received damaged or an item is missing from delivery Contact Us within 2 business days.
  • Failure to notify us within 2 business days of shipment receipt will negate our responsibility for a refund or replacement.

  • Secure online ordering is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
    Items listed as not returnable are special order.
    Items listed as special order are not returnable.
  • Once an order has shipped the return policy will apply.

    Payment Methods
  • We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover plus PayPal processed payments.
    All payments must be made in US funds.
  • Any payment determined to be paid in non US funds will be invoiced and charged any difference in conversion rate to US funds.
  • All PayPal invoiced orders will include a 4% processing fee charged by PayPal for payment processing.

    Returns/Refunds
    No returns accepted after 30 days.
    No returns accepted without a return authorization number.
    Non returnable items. No return will be accepted or refund or credit issued if product is;

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless return is due to an error on our part.
  • All shipping charges are non refundable unless return is due to an error on our part.
  • If a discount received was based on the ordering of multiple items the return of one or more items may void discount.
  • We are not liable for lost, untraceable or damaged return package in transit back to us.
    Items sent correctly by us and returned: Minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund or credit.
    Items sent correctly by us with no charge shipping: Shipping charges incurred will also be deducted from refund or credit.

    Shipping
    We ship within the CUSA only.
  • Shipping charges are based on the total order amount and shipped UPS ground, FedEx ground or USPS standard and USPS priority.
  • We reserve the right to select the method of shipping.

    Most orders will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
    Allow an additional 5-7 business days for production of an items listed as a special order.
    A request for expedited shipping will not shorten the production time required for a special order.
  • Insurance is based on the shippers current rate will be added to all orders.
